When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3-7 business days for the delivery of your order.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Orders will be shipped to your office location. Retail employee orders will be shipped to their store location. We cannot ship to other addresses at this time.

My order was cancelled, but I didn’t cancel it?

If your order was cancelled please email employeepurchase@canadagoose.com with your order number for more information.

My order was shipped incorrectly, what do I do?

Please email employeepurchase@canadagoose.com with your order number and the item that was incorrectly shipped to you. You will receive a response with the next steps.

How can I return my purchase?

Returns must be submitted within (5) days of receiving your order. Returns are made through Narvar. Please visit https://returns.narvar.com/canadagoose/returns?locale=en_CA to return your order.

Can I return/exchange my purchase in store?

EPP orders can only be returned online through Narvar. We cannot process returns in store.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

Once your item has been shipped back to the warehouse, and the return has been processed. Please wait 5-10 business days for the funds to return to your account.
