Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrong care instructions Had this jacket for about a month when I decided it needed washed. Like most Canada goose items I thought it would need to be dry cleaned however when I looked at the care instructions on the tags attached to it, it said “do not dry clean 30” wash” was surprised at this but followed what it said on the tag! When it came out the machine it was shrunk and would now fit a child! I have sent it back and they have had it for over two weeks and I still have had no response after countless phone calls!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Return Policy - no grace for cover The jacket is too small for my husband. I purchased as a Christmas gift, so he didn't open it until several weeks after purchase. Our family had covid, and we were unable to return in 30 days. On day 33, I tried to initiate a return, but was told that would not be possible. So I'm stuck with a jacket that is too small. Will not purchase from Canada Goose again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Runs Short in Length I am 5'9" and the large comes to my waist. The sleeve length/fit is fine and chest size is fine and true to size. If you are looking for a lounging type of sweatshirt, you may want to go a size larger. I like my hoodies to be bigger and wearing around the fire. I regret not going with a larger size. FYI. My waist is 34" and do cardio/weight lifting. I didn't gain the COVID 15 pounds from lockdown. The fit length runs like a Marmot and much shorter than Patagonia and other brands.
