But I treated myself and when I tried my new jacket on it felt amazing...... until I tries to button up the hood section and realised it was defective and had been manufactured incorrectly. The studs did not match up making it impossible to secure. After 3 calls to customer services I arranged a return and ordered a replacement that came a week later. This one was perfect and will be my go to jacket for years. Also the second one came in a nice black box where as the first was in a poly bag. The experience was a bit tainted but got a nice jacket in the end. I though customer services were getting back to me with a voucher because of the hassle but that didn't happen.
