If you are making a purchase from Canada Goose’s online store, you hereby confirm that you have read and understood the Canada Goose Terms and Conditions of Sale, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference, and agree to abide by those terms.

General

This Web Site Terms of Use together with the agreements and policies referenced herein (the “Agreement”), represents the complete agreement between you and us in relation to the matters covered by this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between you and us.
