Return Policy

At Canada Goose, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:

• Unwashed
• Unworn 
• Original tags still attached and in the original packaging. 

Additional return conditions for Footwear include: 

• Full set of shoes 
• Both sets of laces 
• Dust bags 
• Original packaging

Eyewear must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging including case, cloth, authenticity card, and gift box (if provided). We cannot accept returns if the eyewear has been worn outside or shows signs of damage, including scratched lenses or frames. Eyewear that has been modified with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.

Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.

Gift Set must be returned as a set, no individual items, online returns only.

• We appreciate all of your feedback so that we can continue to improve your experience with us. Please provide the reason for your return on the enclosed packing slip.
• Place the packing slip and parcel into the shipping box and attach the shipping label visibly on the outside of the box.

• Alternatively you can drop your return at DHL Express service points. Please make sure to select an authorized Deutsche Post DHL Group service point; find your nearest at the following link: https://locator.dhl.com/ServicePointLocator/index.jsp
• You will not receive a receipt. Please take a picture of your return label or note the waybill number on the return label.
• It takes 1-2 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse.
• We’ll send you an email confirmation letting you know that we have received your return and it is being processed.
• Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return form the time it arrives at our warehouse. During our busy holidays periods, please allow a little more time.
• You will be informed by email once the return process is completed and the refund is created.
• Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
• Please note, returns that are not authorized will not be processed.

* 14.49 cents max per minute from landline and 48.8 cents per minute from mobile + 15.75 cents fixed charge.

Revocation Right

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without stating any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days starting from the day, you or a third person who is not the carrier and is appointed by you take(s) the good(s) in possession or in case you ordered one or several products within one order and these ordered products are delivered together; or take(s) the last delivered product in possession in case you ordered one or several products and these products are delivered separately; or the final partial shipments or the final piece is taken in possession in case you ordered a product which is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

In order to exercise your revocation right you need to inform us by means of a clear declaration (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract.

You may use the attached sample of a revocation form which is, however, not mandatory.

It is sufficient to send the information that you exercise the revocation right before the revocation period expires in order to observe the revocation period.

Consequences resulting from the revocation

If you revoke this contract we have to pay back all payments we received from you including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen another delivery method than the cheapest standard one offered by us) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on we received the information about your revocation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for the repayment which you used for the original transaction, unless another method was expressly agreed with you; in no case we will charge you with fees for this repayment.

We may refuse the repayment until we received the returned goods or you rendered the proof that you sent the goods back, depending what happens first.

You have to return or hand back the goods to us immediately and in any case, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on you informed us about your revocation. The period is observed when you send the goods before the 14-days period expires.

The direct costs for the return of the goods shall be borne by us.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the condition, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and termination reasons

The revocation right does not apply with regard to the following contracts unless otherwise agreed between the parties:

• for the delivery of goods which are not suitable for return because of protection of health or hygiene and the sealing of which was removed after receipt or which were inseparably mixed with other products due to its characteristic after receipt;
• for the delivery of audio and video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery;
• for the delivery of goods manufactured to the Customer’s specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;
• for delivery of goods which could spoil or expire quickly;
• for services, if Canada Goose International AG fully rendered its services and you realized and explicitly agreed before placing the order that we can start with rendering the service and that you lose your revocation right on complete fulfilment of the contract;
• for delivery of newspapers or magazines, except subscription contracts; and
• for delivery of alcoholic beverage the prices of which were agreed on conclusion of the purchase contract, the delivery of which can, however, only take place after 30 days and the current value of which depends on fluctuations on the market which cannot be influenced by the entrepreneur.
