Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mis-Leading Desc of Jacket I live in California and purchased this jacket in March to use in the spring. It is a very attractive jacket BUT it almost feels like you are wearing nothing when it comes to any kind of warmth. I called customer service and asked them about the warmth rating on the website and was told it is a windbreaker and will not keep you warm. The whole idea of a jacket is to add some warmth. I am in 65-degree weather now and it is really cold wearing this jacket---I highly advise not purchasing it as Canada Goose return policy is pretty tough despite its wrong advertising.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I absolutely love my Elmira Canada goose. I got it in silverbirch and it’s lovely, it fits true to size and looks really smart but casual. Canada goose sent emails every step of the way and I received my coat within two days. I just missed the DHL driver when he tried to deliver it but he had left a voicemail so I tried to ring the number back not expecting to get an answer but he did! He came back to re-deliver it within 10 minutes, really going above and beyond, what a star! Great coat, great service, great delivery. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be using again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The sleeves are too long I am 5 ft 2 and weigh 103 lbs. I bought one in XS. It fits me fine and I like the colour (fire bud) and the style. However, the sleeves are 4.5 inches too long. I spent $52.50 to have them shortened and hemmed. I guess even if I were 4.5 inches taller my arms wouldn't be 4.5 inches longer.

I went with the color fog. Which is lovely. It’s a greyish blue color. I am 5’2 150 lbs and went with the large.

I called customer service and the lady recommended I switch to a XS slim fit jacket( which is also big) .. I would recommend going down a size in this coat for sure.
