Return Policy
At Canada Goose, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Original tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Additional return conditions for Footwear include:
- Full set of shoes
- Both sets of laces
- Dust bags
- Original packaging
Eyewear must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging including case, cloth, authenticity card, and gift box (if provided). We cannot accept returns if the eyewear has been worn outside or shows signs of damage, including scratched lenses or frames. Eyewear that has been modified with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.
Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.
Gift Set must be returned as a set, no individual items, online returns only.

Please refer to the below instructions:
- We appreciate all of your feedback so that we can continue to improve your experience with us. Please provide the reason for your return on the enclosed packing slip.
- Place the packing slip and parcel into the shipping box and attach the shipping label visibly on the outside of the box.
- Please book your free collection with DHL Express
- Online: using the waybill number on the return label on DHL website: https://returns.dhl.co.uk/ereturns
- Over the phone: free toll 0046 771 400345
- Opening hours: Mon – Fri 08:00 - 18:00
- Alternatively you can drop your return at DHL Express service points. Please make sure to select an authorized DHL Express service point; find your nearest at the following link: https://locator.dhl.com/ServicePointLocator
- Your DHL driver will collect your parcel from your address, at the time you have arranged
- You will not receive a receipt. Please take a picture of your return label or note the waybill number on the return label.
- It takes 1-2 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse.
- We’ll send you an email confirmation letting you know that we have received your return and it is being processed.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return form the time it arrives at our warehouse. During our busy holidays periods, please allow a little more time.
- You will be informed by email once the return process is completed and the refund is created.
- Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
- Please note, returns that are not authorized will not be processed.
BY MAIL: Return Online Order by mail
- Select the "Create a Return" button above to start your return process and obtain your complimentary return label.
- You may also log into the My Account or Order Status section of the site to start your return.
- Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label.
- Track your parcel by clicking on “Track your return” in the return confirmation email or use the tracking number provided on the return label.
- Canada Goose does not accept returns without a Canada Goose return label.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return from the time it arrives at our warehouse. During our busy holiday periods, please allow a little more time.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
You will be informed by email once the return process is completed, and the refund is created.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to show on your account depending on your financial institution.
Please note, returns that are not authorized will not be processed.
