Customer duties and taxes for non-EU countries

For delivery to non-EU countries (excluding Switzerland, Australia and Norway) prices are exclusive of duties and taxes. Once you order arrives, you will be required to pay all applicable import duties, local sales taxes and other fees as determined by the respective customs office. Payment must be made to our logistics partner DHL.

By submitting your order, you concede to the import regulations of the respective articles. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country.

Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by DHL by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded by Canada Goose even in the case that the articles should be returned.

Brazil

Consignee may be contacted by DHL to provide additional information to complete customs clearance. Shipments over $3,000 USD require the assistance of a broker to clear customers.

Israel

Consignee may be contacted by DHL to provide additional information to complete customs clearance. Examples of information would be correspondence with the seller (transaction information) and proof of payment if required by the customs officer.

Morocco

Consignee may be contacted by DHL to provide additional information to complete customs clearance. To import goods into Morocco it must be a registered legal entity or individuals registered before the Moroccan Trade Register. A non-resident entity or individual cannot be an importer of record.

Russia

All customs tax and duties must be paid by the consignee directly to the Russia customs authority. DHL Russia does not have the legal right to pay these charges on behalf of the consignee. Consignee may be contacted by DHL to provide additional information to complete customs clearance. Customs duty and VAT applicable for goods over 200 EUR and/or 31KG and an electronic passenger customs declaration would need to be submitted.

Thailand

For shipments over ฿ 40,000 THB, formal entry process applies, and the consignee may be contacted by DHL to provide additional information and required to complete an "Importer of Record" registration form to authorize DHL to act as the broker for clearance.
