Buying from Canada Goose couldn’t be easier. Enjoy the comfort of trying on at your own home and if it doesn’t match your needs, you can conveniently return your order, following the return instructions below. We will collect from your house, work or an alternative address for free.
Return policy:
At Canada Goose, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Complimentary return labels are available within 30 days of the purchase date provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Original tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Additional return conditions for Footwear include:
- Full set of shoes
- Both sets of laces
- Dust bags
- Original packaging
Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.

- We appreciate all of your feedback so that we can continue to improve your experience with us. Please provide the reason for your return on the enclosed packing slip.
- Place the packing slip and parcel into the shipping box and attach the shipping label visibly on the outside of the box
- Please book your free collection with DHL Express
- Online: using the waybill number on the return label on DHL website: https://returns.dhl.co.uk/ereturns
- On DHL website, select your shipping country
- In the next page, when asked if to create a shipping label, please select “NO”
- From the drop-down menu below select “I have a DHL waybill number”
- The DHL waybill is a 10 digits number located on the return label included in your parcel under the first barcode
- Fill in with your phone number, then select the pick-up date and time, a DHL courier will collect the return at your address

- Alternatively, you can drop your return at DHL Express service points. Please make sure to select an authorized DHL Express service point; find your nearest at the following link: https://locator.dhl.com/ServicePointLocator
- Your DHL driver will collect your parcel from your address, at the time you have arranged
- You will not receive a receipt. Please take a picture of your return label or note the waybill number on the return label
- It takes 1-2 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse
- We’ll send you an email confirmation letting you know that we have received your return and it is being processed
- Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return form the time it arrives at our warehouse. During our busy holidays periods, please allow a little more time
- You will be informed by email once the return process is completed and the refund is created
- Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers
- Please note, returns that are not authorized will not be processed
*0,07 pence per minute, plus the phone company’s access charge.
IN-STORE: Return Online Order at a Canada Goose Store
Online orders and purchases made in-store can be returned at any Canada Goose Store in the same country the initial purchase was made given they meet the return conditions.
When you visit a store to make your return, please present the items you wish to return along with your order confirmation email or your receipt.
The original method of payment will be required for the return. If the original method of payment is not present, the value of the item will be returned onto a Canada Goose gift card. Orders paid with cash or debit and placed through a Canada Goose Store can only be returned at a Canada Goose Store in the same country of the initial purchase and return conditions are met.
Please note, online orders placed with PayPal and Klarna cannot be returned to our stores. Please refer to the BY MAIL return instructions.
Exchanges
Currently exchanges are only offered in our Canada Goose Stores. We are unable to offer exchanges online. You can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date using a Canada Goose complimentary return label and place a new order for the product you would like to exchange it for.
