Employee Purchase Plan

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3-7 business days for the delivery of your order.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Orders will be shipped to your office location. Retail employee orders will be shipped to their store location. We cannot ship to other addresses at this time. Please ensure the name on the order is your own.

My order was cancelled, but I didn’t cancel it?

If your order was cancelled please email employeepurchase@canadagoose.com with your order number for more information.

How will my order be shipped?

Employee orders will be shipped in a brown corrugate box. The gift box, garment bag, hanger, and receipt holder are not included in the package.

I selected the wrong shipping location when placing my order, how can I change it?

You must contact employeepurchase@canadagoose.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot correct the shipping location once your order has been placed. The order will be delivered to the selected location. Once delivered it will be returned to sender and a refund will be processed. Please note this process may take up to 3 weeks.

My order was shipped incorrectly, what do I do?

Please email employeepurchase@canadagoose.com with your order number and the item that was incorrectly shipped to you. You will receive a response with the next steps.

How can I return my purchase?

Returns must be submitted within (5) days of receiving your order. Returns are made through Narvar. Please visit https://returns.narvar.com/canadagoose/returns?locale=en_US to return your order. You are responsible for covering shipping fees.

Can I return/exchange my purchase in store?

EPP orders can only be returned online through Narvar. We cannot process returns in store.

My tracking number shows my order was delivered, when will I receive it?

Please wait until you receive an email from logisticsEPP@canadagoose.com letting you know your order has arrived for pickup.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

Once your item has been shipped back to the warehouse, and the return has been processed. Please wait 5-10 business days for the funds to return to your account.

What happens if my return is lost in transit?

When returning your product please ensure you keep your tracking number that is provided to you when your label is made. If there are any issues while your parcel is in transit to the warehouse you are responsible for contacting the carrier.

What browser should I use?

To ensure you have having the best EPP experience please use Google Chrome.
