Return Policy

At Canada Goose, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Complimentary return labels are available within 30 days of your purchase date provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:

• Unwashed
• Unworn
• Original tags still attached
• In the original packaging

Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.

Please note all collaborations are final sale and are not eligible for return.

How to return your purchase:

1. Select the "Create a Return" button below to start your return process and obtain your complimentary return label.
2. You may also log into the My Account or Order Status section of the site to start your return.
3. We are happy to process your return over the phone and email you the return label. Please contact us at 1-888-276-6297 or ce@canadagoose.com.
4. Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label.
5. Track your parcel by clicking on “Track your return” in the return confirmation email or use the tracking number provided on the return label.
6. Canada Goose does not accept returns without Canada Goose return label.
7. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed after delivery.

Exchanges

Currently we are unable to offer direct exchanges. However, contact us at 1-888-276-6297 or ce@canadagoose.com and our customer service team will place a new order and create a return label for you. Alternatively, you can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date using a Canada Goose complimentary return label, and place a new order for the product you would like to exchange it for.
