MATERIALS
Plant Based Resin
PLANT BASED RESIN Plant-Based Resin is a bio-based plastic made from castor-bean oil, a sustainable alternative to standard petroleum-based plastics.
Polycarbonate
POLYCARBONATE Polycarbonate is a thermoplastic resin lens that is exceptionally thin and lightweight. It is highly impact-resistant — 10 times more impact resistance than conventional plastic and glass. This material is typically preferred in the sports and aerospace industry for helmet visors.
CARE
Use a microfibre cleaning cloth to trap dirt, grime, and other particles without scratching the lenses. Wipe with a lens-specific cleaner to ensure lenses are streak-free and avoid using isopropyl alcohol. Frames can be gently washed with soapy lukewarm water. Avoid soap with harsh chemicals as special coatings are sensitive to ammonia and other substances found in household cleaners.
