Return Policy
At Canada Goose, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Original tags still attached
- Socks must be returned in unopened original packaging
Additional return conditions for Footwear include:
- Full set of shoes
- Both sets of laces
- Dust bags
- Physical case
Eyewear must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging including case, cloth, authenticity card, and gift box (if provided). We cannot accept returns if the eyewear has been worn outside or shows signs of damage, including scratched lenses or frames. Eyewear that has been modified with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.
Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.
BY MAIL: Return Online Order by mail
- Select the "Create a Return" button below to start your return process and obtain your complimentary return label.
- You may also log into the My Account or Order Status section of the site to start your return.
- Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label.
- Track your parcel by clicking on “Track your return” in the return confirmation email or use the tracking number provided on the return label.
- Canada Goose does not accept returns without a Canada Goose return label.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return from the time it arrives at our warehouse. During our busy holiday periods, please allow a little more time.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
You will be informed by email once the return process is completed and the refund is created.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to show on your account depending on your financial institution.
Please note, returns that are not authorized will not be processed.

IN-STORE: Return Online Order at a Canada Goose Store
Online orders can be returned at any Canada Goose Store in the same country the initial purchase was made given they meet the return conditions.
When you visit a store to make your return, please present the items you wish to return along with your order confirmation email or your receipt.
The original method of payment will be required for the return. If the original method of payment is not present, the value of the item will be returned onto a Canada Goose gift card. Orders paid with cash or debit and placed through a Canada Goose Store can only be returned at a Canada Goose Store in the same country of the initial purchase and return conditions are met.
Please note, online orders placed with PayPal, Klarna or Affirm cannot be returned to our stores. Please refer to the online return instructions.
Exchanges
Currently exchanges are only offered in our Canada Goose Stores. We are unable to offer exchanges online.
