Return Policy:
At Canada Goose, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Orders placed on our website can be returned in the same country/region where the initial purchase was made. Complimentary return labels are available within 30 days of your purchase date provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Original tags still attached
Additional Return Conditions for Footwear include:
- Full set of shoes
- Both sets of laces
- Dustbags
- Physical case
Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.
Please note all collaborations and candles are final sale and are not eligible for a return, with the exception of Angel Chen.
Shipping Policy:
Enjoy complimentary Standard shipping and returns on all orders. Upgrade to Express shipping for $20 or Next Day shipping for $30. All addresses within the United States use UPS delivery. Please note that all shipments paid by Gift Card, Klarna, and Paypal as well as Next day shipping orders require a signature upon delivery.

Next Day Shipping
Orders placed before 1:00 pm (EST) Monday through Thursday will be delivered by the end of the next business day. Some zip codes and rural addresses may take longer for delivery. If orders placed after 1:00 pm (EST) or on a holiday, the package will be delivered by the end of the following business day.

Your order may be dispatched from various warehouses; in the instance of this, we will notify you via the email address associated with your order to inform you of the items related to each tracking number.
Delivery timelines commence one business day following the date of purchase.
All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Some rural addresses may take longer for delivery.
Candles can only be shipped by ground for both Canada and US.
