加拿大鹅致力于提供优质产品，并让顾客满意。凡在购买地所在国家或地区订购的商品，只要符合以下退货条件，均可退货。您可在购买之日起 30 天内申请免费退货标签。

  • 未清洗过
  • 未穿戴过
  • 仍附有吊牌
  • 袜子必须在保持原包装未拆封的情况下才能退货。

鞋类的其他退货条件包括：

  • 整双鞋子
  • 两副鞋带
  • 防尘袋
  • 鞋盒
  • 实物

眼镜必须为全新且未佩戴过的状态，并需退还所有原包装，包括眼镜盒、眼镜布、防伪卡和礼品盒（如有提供）。如果眼镜已在室外佩戴过或有损坏痕迹（包括镜片或镜框刮伤），我们不接受退货。使用验光镜片进行过修改的眼镜不符合退货条件。

网上订单的所有运输费用均为最终费用，将不予退款。

"礼品套装必须整套退还，不得退还单件商品，仅限在线退还"。

 

BY MAIL: Return Online Order by mail

  1. Select the "Create a Return" button above to start your return process and obtain your complimentary return label.
  2. You may also log into the My Account or Order Status section of the site to start your return.
  3. Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label.
  4. Track your parcel by clicking on “Track your return” in the return confirmation email or use the tracking number provided on the return label.
  5. Canada Goose does not accept returns without a Canada Goose return label.
  6. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return from the time it arrives at our warehouse. During our busy holiday periods, please allow a little more time.
  7. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.

You will be informed by email once the return process is completed, and the refund is created.

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to show on your account depending on your financial institution. 

Please note, returns that are not authorized will not be processed.
