We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes.
You can track your order by clicking the “Track Order” link in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting the Order Tracking page on our website.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the shipping address once your order is in transit.
At this time, orders must be placed and delivered within the same country.
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
You’ll receive one order confirmation email, followed by separate shipping emails with tracking details for each package.
No, you will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes to the items, shipping address, or payment method. However, you may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it, during our Customer Care operating hours.
